What is the ‘DLM Box Experience’?

In 2020 at the onset of the pandemic, DLM swiftly changed to a food box delivery system, the only food pantry to do so in Summit County. Families in need register to have a food box delivered to their home. Food boxes are prepared and delivered once a month; they are filled with non-perishable items, fresh produce, dairy, and meat (the amount of food is based on family size). In addition, personal care items and infant care boxes are also prepared and delivered as needed. Clothing is made available upon request.
